KUALA LUMPUR: It’s definitely a wish come true for fans of the hugely-popular K-Pop group BlackPink, as organiser MacpiePro has added a second date for the band’s upcoming concert in Malaysia in February.
The first concert which is part of the group’s BlackPink 2019 World Tour (In Your Area), is set to take place at Shah Alam’s Malawati Indoor Stadium on Feb 23, while the second show will be held the following day at the same venue at 6pm.
In a press statement, MacpiePro said that the decision was made due to the overwhelming response by fans who had called for an additional show be held for the Ddu-Du-Ddu-Du hitmakers.
The ticket zones and prices remain the same at RM273 (Blue Zone), RM373 (Green Zone), RM483 (Purple Zone), RM573 (Yellow Zone), RM673 (Red Zone) and RM693 (BLINK Zone).
The offline ticket sales will be held beginning noon on Dec 28 and will end on Dec 30 and BlackPink fans or BLINKS, as they are called, can also purchase offline tickets at appointed shopping malls -- Atria Shopping Gallery and all Mcalls Digital Lifestyle Stores in NU Sentral, Sunway Pyramid, Mid Valley Megamall, Dataran Pahlawan Melaka Megamall, Paradigm Mall JB, Mcalls Service Center MMall Penang and Mcalls booth at Low Yat Plaza (4th Floor). This will be followed by the organisers’ special online sales at www.macpiepro.com on Dec 31 at noon.
