KUALA LUMPUR: Singer Lee Dae Hwi or Daewhi, of Kpop group Wanna One has angered Netizens by posing in a photo with a cigar box.

Koreaboo reported today that the teaser for the group's latest mini album 0+1=1 (I Promise You) which was released last week showed the 17-year-old artiste placing a Ritmeester box close to his mouth.

They have blamed the group's producers YMC Entertainment and CJ Entertainment for overlooking the fact that Daehwi is a minor, and have demanded that the companies take the teaser down.

One of them, Park, said: “Daewhi probably doesn’t know what he’s holding. What is YMC thinking?”

Others, however, have suggested that the box is simply a prop and carries no meaning.

Nevertheless, matches are found in the desk in front of Daehwi, so netizens cannot be blamed for trying to connnect the dots.

Ritmeester from the Netherlands is one of the world's oldest cigar-makers.
