MARKS & SPENCER has entered into a design collaboration with British actress and style icon Sienna Miller.

Inspired by Sienna's personal archive of timeless style, the collaboration will see the creation of a 24-piece collection.

With a nod to summer festivals, exotic adventures and some of Sienna's favourite vintage finds, the collection embraces high/low dressing, which is how Sienna herself naturally styles her own looks - whether for the school run or gracing the red carpet.

Featuring fluid lines, rich textures and vintage style fabrications, each piece draws inspiration from Sienna's personal style journey, with references to iconic looks from her own archive.

This includes her "dress of the season" - a chic, ultra feminine, ruffled maxi dress available in ivory, a multipurpose sarong in reference to a scarf gifted to her by her father, and colour and print combinations inspired by one of her favourite artists, Mark Rothko.

Western mules that are a mainstay of Sienna's own summer wardrobe are also included, a seasonal alternative to the sandal.

Not to be forgotten are Sienna's trusty wardrobe staples - carrot leg jeans that feature a contrast side panel and cut-out hem detail for a retro finish and a utility jacket that adds a toughness to the collection when paired with summer dresses.

Meanwhile, a soft striped button through shirt with a "lived in feel" and finished with delicate smocked detailing, provides an effortless but elevated look.
