THE 2019 Perodua Axia variants, including the new Style, are now available for booking.
Designed to offer improved energy efficiency, the E, G, GXtra, SE and AV variants - along with Style - feature a 1.0 1KR-VE engine.
The 2019 Axia AV now comes with Advanced Safety Assist 2.0 (ASA), Perodua’s suite of driver assistance safety systems.
It offers Pedestrian Detection (up to 50kph), Pre-Collision Warning (up to 100kph), Pre-Collision Braking (up to 80kph), Front Departure Alert and Pedal Misoperation Control.
All variants excluding the base E feature the anti-lock braking system with electronic brakeforce distribution, while GXtra, SE, AV and Style are also equipped with vehicle stability control (VSC) and traction control.
“The advances in safety and additional features, coupled to the Axia’s renowned fuel efficiency, practicality, spaciousness, low ownership costs, ease to drive and dependability - while maintaining its affordability - mean it now offers more value than ever before,” said Perodua president and chief executive officer Datuk Zainal Abidin Ahmad.
Designed for active lifestyle, the Axia Style features electronically-controlled four-speed automatic transmission. It is the only variant to offer Sunrise Orange as body paint option, apart from Ivory White, Glittering Silver and Midnight Blue.
Pricing for 2019 Perodua Axia variants ranges from RM24,090 to 43,190 (on-the-road before insurance for Peninsular Malaysia).
The Style variant is priced from RM38,890.
