KUALA LUMPUR: Epicon Bhd has secured RM50 million for subcontracting structural reinforced concrete (RC) works.
According to a disclosure to Bursa Malaysia, Epicon's wholly-owned subsidiary Transnational Builder Sdn Bhd received the contract from Axventure Sdn Bhd.
The project involves construction for Tower 1 and Tower 2 as part of a high-rise residential development in Batu off Jalan Segambut here.
The contract spans 24 months from May 20, 2024 till May 19, 2026.
"The contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the company for the financial years ending December 31, 2024 and onwards," it said.
Epicon's total outstanding order book now increased from RM929 million to RM979 million as of the previous announcement on March 21.
