HANGZHOU: The national women's karate kata squad are assured of at least a silver medal after booking their spot in the team event final today.
Lovelly Anee Robberth - who won the women's individual event silver earlier this week - Naccy Nelly Rojin and Niathalia Sherawinnie Yampil scored 38.80 to defeat Brunei (38.20) to advance to the final which will be held later today.
They will face Vietnam in the decider.
Vietnam (40.80) had defeated Cambodia (38.90) to secure their spot in the final.
