KUALA LUMPUR: Newcomers QNET Phoenix outplayed MSP-PHP-SSNP 6-2 to register their fifth win in the women's Malaysia Hockey League (WMHL) today.
QNET lead the 10-team league with 17 points from five wins and two draws.
QNET forward Nur Afiqah Syahzani scored a brace in the 54th and 59th minutes at the National Hockey Stadium in Bukit Jalil.
Nur Nabila Alia (sixth), Azmyra Sofea (21st), Nur Atirah Ismail (33rd) and Siti Nur Irdina (47th) contributed the other goals.
Nur Farina Natasha (43rd) and Nur Ariana Arisya (46th) replied for the Pahang team.
