KUALA LUMPUR: KL City footballers will have a Happy Raya Aidilfitri after all.

They were finally paid the two-month salaries owing to them (from last year) on March 26. KL City chief executive officer, Stanley Bernard, confirmed the matter.

And this means that the KL footballers can also look forward to playing in the 2024-2025 Super League season without worries of sanctions against their club from the Malaysian Football League over non-payment of salaries.
