That's the ultimatum given to Kelantan FC who are trying to get into the M3 League.
Kicked out of the M-League for not paying salaries to their players last season, Kelantan hope they can still see action in the M-League, but in the lower-level M3.
But Amateur Football League director Syed Yazid Syed Omar said Kelantan need to settle their salary debts first before the M3 door is opened.
