KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia's world football ranking has dropped from No. 134 to 137 in the latest list.
The decline came after one win and one loss in the recent Merdeka Tournament. Malaysia beat world No 102 India 4-2 but lost to world No.109 Tajikistan.
Malaysia are now ranked No. 24 in Asia and fourth in Asean (including Australia).
