Sunway Property has soft-launched four property projects with a combined gross development value of RM1.8 billion, all intended for new norm living.
The four projects are Sunway Artessa, Sunway d'hill, Sunway Velocity TWO Tower D, and Sunway Belfield Tower C.
The new launches, according to Sunway Property central region executive director Chong Sau Min, included sustainable design considerations for more integrated developments backed by lifestyle conveniences, better quality buildings, enhanced air quality, and energy and water cost reductions.
He said each development is ideally positioned, with careful designs, lush landscaping, and new standard elements such as naturally ventilated lobbies, co-working areas, and other sustainable living components.
The prices start at a reasonable RM525,000, he said in a statement.
"We also prioritised natural ventilation and sunlight, with views to the outdoors which provide a much-needed respite from relentless patterns for online work and learning. Each development comes with ample facilities which double up as spaces to exercise and recharge," he said.
In conjunction with the launch, the developer unveiled its "Always with You 2021" campaign, which will promote property sales for the four properties.
Purchasers would be able to take advantage of up to 12 months of interest-free payments, saving up to RM23,000, according to Chong.
Chong said that there is a 12-month option to exit in the event of loss of work, incapacity, or critical illness, subject to the applicable terms and circumstances.
The campaign will run from October 15, 2021, to December 31, 2021.
As part of the Home Ownership Campaign, new homeowners will receive a waiver on the Memorandum of Transfer (MOT) and up to RM32,000 in loan stamp duty savings.
Purchasers will also be entered to win Dyson fans and vacuum cleaners, Panasonic smart TVs and ovens, iPad Pros, and Bose surround speakers worth a total of RM63,888 in weekly sweepstakes prizes.
