LETTERS: I have been writing to MySejahtera Helpdesk many times but am not getting any reply.

So, I am writing once again in the hope this letter would be able to shine a light on my predicament and lead to some assistance in getting my vaccination status rectified on the MySejahtera application.

I truly hope someone is sifting through my enquiries and would be able to assist with this as soon as possible.

I was vaccinated on Aug 9 for the first dose, and subsequently on Aug 30 for the second dose.

Both were administered at the Kompleks Sukan PKNS vaccination centre in Kelana Jaya, under the Selangkah vaccination programme in Selangor.

Just to give you background, I had previously registered with the MySejahtera application using my Singapore mobile number and upon the termination of that number, I updated my profile on MySejahtera using a Malaysian mobile number.

I'm wondering if this is the cause as to why my vaccination status is not reflected on the MySejahtera application?

I would appreciate it if someone could let me know and also share how I can troubleshoot the issue on the MySejahtera application itself.

To date, I have been denied access into a few public spaces due to my vaccination status on MySejahtera which is cumbersome and not to mention embarrassing!

I am fully vaccinated and yet I am being denied entry into public spaces, so what is the point of vaccination and implementing MySejahtera in the first place?
