SHAH ALAM: Two PKR caretaker menteris besar will defend their seats in the upcoming state elections.
Prime Minister and PKR president Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim announced tonight that Selangor caretaker Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari would defend his Sungai Tua state seat.
In the 14th General Election, Amirudin defeated three other candidates, polling 17,446 votes.
Meanwhile, Negri Sembilan state PKR chairman Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun would attempt to retain Sikamat state seat.
The Negri Sembilan caretaker Menteri Besar had been the Sikamat state assemblyman since 2008.
