BERA: Pakatan Harapan is not a coalition that will champion the Islamic and Malay agenda, said caretaker Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob today.

Ismail, who is defending the Bera parliamentary seat, said a PH government would not be able to empower Muslims, Malays and the Bumiputera.

He said during their administration previously, PH and DAP failed to defend the interests of Muslims, Malays and Bumiputera.

"BN is a government that gives importance to empowering the Malays and Muslims, and at the same time continues to help other races.

"If we think that DAP will defend Islam and the Malays, we are wrong. We must ensure that BN returns to power," he said at the Joh Ngeteh programme with settlers at Felda Kumai here today.

"Various development, economic and education programmes will be implemented for the people in Felda. There is more that BN and I will carry out in Felda schemes."
