KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said he will dissolve Parliament only after receiving a "complete report" from Wanita Barisan Nasional.

The Umno vice-president, who is Bera member of parliament, was referring to a study evaluating the mood of the people ahead of the 15th General Election (GE15).

Ismail Sabri said he would dissolve Parliament only if the report by Wanita BN showed that BN could win the polls.

"What is important is that we must win when entering the polls.

"We should avoid rushing to call for the polls just for the sake of pleasing some people," he said at the Wanita BN convention here today.

He added that he supported the proposal by Wanita BN chief Datuk Seri Noraini Ahmad to ensure that 30 per cent of BN candidates in GE15 were from the movement.

"As a 'pencinta wanita' (supporter of women), I support the proposal.

"Don't worry. It is just that I am one of the top five (in the BN leadership).

"However, I assure the movement that I will be your voice during discussions with the top five leaders."
