KUALA LUMPUR: Dealing with various whims of customers is common for restaurant owners.

However, in a recent viral post on Facebook, a restaurant owner shared the amusing behaviour of a "fussy" customer that truly warmed the hearts of netizens.

Cik Su Asam Pedas Johor in a post, shared a picture of an order receipt made by a customer through a p-hailing app.

The lengthy receipt showed that every item ordered by the customer came with requests and instructions for the restaurant to "follow".

"One serving of rice and two omelettes, Two omelettes, yeah? Usually, other shops would overlook the order of two omelettes.

"One crispy chicken rice, but can you put the sambal separately? I don't eat spicy sambal, so please separate it.. thanks.

"Two servings of fried chicken as well. If there are chicken thighs available, I'd like them... for feeding a small child. Thank you.

"Apologies for being demanding or having too many notes in the order. May there always be abundant blessings," the customer wrote.

Netizens were amused by the "picky" customer, but many praised the customer's attitude, which did not forget to express gratitude and apologise if the requests were regarded intrusive.

"Reading the requests by the customer surely warms the heart, the requests were made politely," Nurain Ismail commented.

"What's good about this customer is that every request made comes with a thank you. Us food business owners have no problem complying with the requests if it's made like this," Nurul Nadiea Zainal wrote.

Fieza Hapieyzah said that being polite was what made it noteworthy.

"What I like to see is the part where the customer always says thank you… it's hard nowadays for people to have such an attitude."
