JOHOR BARU: A 5-year-old autistic boy was found drowned after falling into Sungai Skudai near Kampung Sepakat Baru yesterday.
Skudai fire station chief Saifulbahri Safar said the boy's body was found at 11.15pm, about 130m from where he had fallen into the river at 5.59pm.
He said the body was found in 4m-deep water.
"Fire and Rescue Department water rescue team divers found the boy's body. We were informed that the victim was an autistic boy," he said.
