KUALA LUMPUR: The Bumiputera Economic Congress 2024 (KEB 2024), to be held in two days, promises a new approach to Bumiputera economic development under the unity government.

"KEB 2024 is one of the important agendas of the Madani Government to overhaul/reset and boost the development of Bumiputera socio-economics as a whole," Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said in an Information Department's Facebook post, ahead of the three-day programme which starts on Thursday.

The largest Bumiputera economic congress is expected to unearth the potentials of technology and uncover new opportunities to empower Bumiputera in the country will be held at the Putrajaya International Convention Center (PICC), from Thursday until Saturday.

The event promises a novel trajectory for the development of the Bumiputera economy, leading to higher income and better economic potential for the community.
