KUALA LUMPUR: Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi has expressed his eagerness to return to duties and give his best in fulfilling his responsibilities.

In a posting on his official Facebook page, Ahmad Zahid, currently on a rest period after undergoing recent surgery, thanked Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim for visiting him before attending the Rural  Entrepreneurs Carnival in Putrajaya today.

"May this bond of brotherhood continue and bring goodness together for the people and the country," he said.
