Rodzi said they aimed to explore opportunities for work collaboration between MPB and the agency in enhancing the government's service delivery to the public through digital media.

This aligns with the agency's agenda in strengthening the end-to-end digital transformation of public services to facilitate public transactions, thus avoiding wastage and integrity concerns.

"We have a coordination structure through committees in the public sector chaired by the Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, and the chief secretary Tan Sri Mohd Zuki Ali.

"The government's initiatives to introduce innovation and new ideas within the public sector are also in progress, and we are working to ensure they are well-received by all agencies and the public sector," he briefly said to the media after the visit.

He noted that the government is also intensifying its efforts through campaigns to boost public confidence in adapting to digitalization.

"We are trying to convince the public about the safety of this digital method in terms of user data and information. Data security needs to be prioritized.

"The current focus should be on how to reassure the public, and I believe that when they can embrace this innovation, digital usage in the country will also increase," he added.

The delegates from Mampu comprised Corporate Planning and Communications Division director Mohamad Mat Jusoh, Public Relations officer Syaiful Farizal and special officer Farah Fahera Ramli.

Also present were Media Prima Omnia chief operating officer Datuk Mohd Efendi Omar, Media Prima Audio chief executive officer Nazri Noran, NSTP group managing editor Datuk Ahmad Zaini Kamaruzzaman, Media Prima Television Network Deputy Group Editor of the Department of News and Current Affairs Azhari Muhidin.
