Fatihah Nabilah's younger brother, Muhamad Sufi Hanif Bukri, 22, described the eldest of five siblings was a highly responsible sister who took pride in bringing joy to her family members.

"She was a very kind person, despite earning only RM1,300 per month as a teacher at a Pusat Asuhan Tunas Islam (Pasti). Half of her income was spent on her siblings," he said in tears when met after the funeral prayer.

He noted that Fatihah Nabilah's departure was deeply felt, especially as she had been a significant source of encouragement throughout his studies at Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (Unisza) in Terengganu.

"Just last Friday morning, my sister and I had a conversation; she transferred some pocket money from our aunt to my bank account for my upcoming social work in Vietnam," he added.

In Teluk Wang, Taibah's remains arrived at Masjid As Salam at 9am before the funeral prayer was led by her son, Imaduddin Md Noor, 24, who is the sixth of eight siblings.

Imaduddin shared that upon receiving news of his 61-year-old mother's accident, they initially believed that she only sustained minor injuries and were prepared to visit her at the Slim River Hospital in Perak.

However, his younger siblings soon told him the devastating news that their mother had passed away.

"At first, I informed the mosque committee that I was ready to lead the funeral prayer for my mother, but I hesitated as I was overwhelmed with emotions.

"However, I eventually mustered the strength to fulfill my mother's wish of having her child lead the funeral prayer, despite my tears," he said.
