KUALA LUMPUR: International supermodel Naomi Campbell showcased Malaysian fashion label Rizman Ruzaini's distinctive creations at the closing event of Dubai Fashion Week last night.

Through a shared video on Instagram, the renowned fashion brand founders Rizman Nordin and Ruzaini Jamil expressed their excitement upon seeing their dream of having the iconic supermodel don their designs finally came true.

"It's a dream for every fashion designer to witness an icon in the modeling world wearing their creations. When this became a reality for us, we were thrilled with her honesty and professionalism.

"She is truly a woman recognised worldwide. Moreover, she possesses a kind of magic when gracing the runway wearing Rizman Ruzaini's fashion on the global stage of Dubai Fashion Week.

In the same post, a video was shared, showing the three of them walking together on the runway, receiving thunderous applause from the audience.

At this prestigious event, the fashion house showcased 60 designs by designers with a theme of 'Spring/Summer 2024,' drawing inspiration from the local legend of Naga Seri Gumum; the mythical story of a sleeping dragon in Lake Chini, Pahang.
