KUALA LUMPUR: Eight people have been confirmed dead in the landslide at the Father's Organic Farm campsite in Batang Kali, Selangor early this morning.
The National Disaster Management Agency (Nadma) in a recent update said as of 9.15 am, a total of 92 victims have been found.
"Fifty-three victims had escaped the landslide unharmed, while seven were injured. Eight victims died. Search and rescue operation is ongoing," it said on Twitter.
Earlier, police confirmed that two of the dead victims were a woman and a child.
