SUNGAI PETANI: The MyRumah property exhibition at Amanjaya Mall, here, from July 6 to 8 is expected to be able to attract 10,000 visitors from Kedah, Penang and northern Perak.

New Straits Times Press (NSTP) advertising general manager Roche Chew said the exhibition was the best platform for property investors and those who want to purchase their first home to get detailed information.

He said, apart from the exhibition by six of the most well-known northern region property developers, visitors can also attend seminars which will see six experts give their views on how people can choose the most suitable location for purchases.

“After the success of the first MyRumah exhibition in Shah Alam, we brought the exhibition exclusively to Sungai Petani to give the opportunity to people in the northern states to purchase their dream home.

“This is not just a programme to sell houses, as we also have representatives from banks and insurance companies at hand to help visitors check their eligibility, and in so doing we speed up the purchase process,” he told reporters.

Among the developers, banks and insurance companies which will be participating in the exhibition are Hunza Properties, Sepakat Mewah, SPNB Aspirasi, Plenitude Heights, OSK Properties, Uda Land, Bank Muamalat, Amanh Raya and Takaful Ikhlas.

Chew said MyRumah, which is organised by Media Prima Bhd, had its own uniqueness as it used an educational concept as visitors would receive tips and advice from experts and would be exposed to a holistic view of the world of property.

“We are offering a variety of the latest homes in the north, including those who want to purchase their first home and are still looking for the most suitable one. Visitors also stand a chance to win lucky draw prizes, while special souvenirs await those who success in getting special stamps from all the exhibitors’ booths.”

As an integrated platform for house buyers and property investors, MyRumah 2018, which is in its third year, offers a variety of types of homes amounting to RM1 billion in total.
