ARAU: Eight Perlis state legislative Assembly members were sworn in as state executive council (EXCO) members today.
They took their oaths of office before the Raja of Perlis, Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin Putra Jamalullail, witnessed by Raja Muda of Perlis, Tuanku Syed Faizuddin Putra Jamalullail at the Istana Arau.
The eight were Asmaiza Ahmad (Chuping), Nurulhisham Yaakob (Simpang Empat), Azizan Sulaiman (Santan), Hamizan Hassan (Kayang), Rozaini Rais (Beseri), Rozieana Ahmad (Pauh), Siti Berenee Yahaya (Mata Ayer) andTeh Chai Ann (Titi Tinggi).
With the appointments, Perlis is the last state to form a government following the recent 14th General Election.
