PUTRAJAYA: Acting chairman of the Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) Tan Sri Isa Samad has handed in his resignation.
This was confirmed by Transport Minister Anthony Loke at a press conference, here, today.
Loke informed that Isa handed in his letter two days ago, as requested.
Last Wednesday, Loke informed that Isa was given a week to step down as acting chairman following the dissolution of the commission.
Loke had said that this would be the most dignified way for Isa, rather than wait to be terminated.
