Before this, the 67-year-old, who is a former South Kelantan Development Authority (Kesedar) driver, was remanded for seven days from Oct 16.

The suspect locally known as 'Ayah Su', was detained at his house in Tendong, Pasir Mas on Oct 15 soon after police received a report from the victim.

In the report, the 23-year-old victim who is a food stall assistant, claimed the incident happened about 3pm on Oct 14.

She went to the bomoh's house with her mother and her future husband to get treatment when the incident happened.

Initial investigations showed that the suspect who was assisted by his wife known as 'Mak Su', has been working as a traditional healer since 1985.
