PORT DICKSON: Police discovered the body of a naked man, believed to be a Chinese national, near a hotel at Pantai Batu 1 here yesterday.

Port Dickson district police chief Superintendent Aidi Sham Mohamed said the man's remains were found at 11.53am after police received a report from members of the public.

"Checks on the man's body showed that he did not receive BCG vaccination and that he did not suffer any physical injuries.

"Police combed the area near where the victim's body was found but did not find any clothing or vehicles," he said in a statement here today.

The victim's body has been brought to Port Dickson Hospital for a post-mortem, Aidi said.

"We urge anyone who is missing a family member or knows the victim to contact the Port Dickson police station at 06-6472222 or visit the nearest police station."

The case has been classified as sudden death and investigations are ongoing, he added.
