Pontian District Police Chief Superintendent Mustafa Bakri Salleh said in the first raid at 2.30pm, police detained a 40-year-old man with 20.3g of heroin worth RM500 at a house in Kampung Sungai Durian in Kukup.

"The man was tested positive for morphine and was arrested under Section 39B of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 which carries a death sentence upon conviction.
