SHAH ALAM: Selangor Menteri Besar Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim today said he had written a letter to the Sultan of Selangor Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah to advise for all DAP and PKR excos except for Rodziah Ismail, to be sacked.
It was understood that Rodziah was not in the list as she is currently overseas.
He said his request to the Sultan was made as a direct response to an earlier statement by all five PKR and DAP excos who stated that they would not meet him except during official exco meetings once a week.
"They created a bloc and their goal is actually to reduce the efficiency and effectiveness of the exco.
"That is why I have written to the Sultan to ask that they be removed from continuing their duties as exco members," he told reporters at the Bangunan Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah lobby today after a meeting with four Pas excos.
The meeting was to discuss how to continue the exco meeting tomorrow and which important issues to prioritise.
