GEORGE TOWN: EASTIN Hotel Penang has laid out a tantalising variety of international dishes to celebrate Christmas and the New Year at Swez Brasserie.

The delectable menu consists of a platter of cold cuts, roasted lamb leg fillet with mango salsa, baked mussels thermidor and turkey lasagna.

For dessert, the restaurant offers cheese cake, charlotte royal and Christmas log cake.

The dishes will be prepared by the hotel’s team of executive sous chef Lim Teng Kooi and his assistants.

Dinner is served from 6.30pm to 10pm and priced at RM138++ per adult and RM69++ per child.

A high tea is also available on Christmas day and New Year’s day, from noon to 3pm and priced at RM68++ per adult and RM34++ per child.

In line with the Nutcracker theme, there will also be a lunch and high tea promotion, where patrons can order festive favourites such as ginger bread, fruit cake, Christmas pudding, assorted pralines, turkey and candy canes three days in advance.

All these goodies are displayed at the specially decorated cake house at the Swez Brasserie.

One can also participate in the hotel’s Make-a-Wish-Come-True corporate social responsibility initiative for kids at the Cheshire Home by purchasing gifts or contributing cash.
