The recent Ducati Global Dealer Conference 2022 held in Sardinia, Italy was a successful one for Next Bike Sdn. Bhd., distributor of Ducati motorcycles in Malaysia.
The annual international event, held to celebrate and unite the global dealer network, saw Ducati Malaysia garner three awards; Global Distributor of the Year 2022, Best Marketing Team 2022 Asia-Pacific and Best Commercial After Sales Team 2022 Asia-Pacific.
This year, the event was held physically for the first time since the Covid-19 pandemic.
Ducati Malaysia general manager and Next Bike company head Dennis Micheal said, "This award is a celebration of the entire Ducati Malaysia family, from the working team keeping all the gears turning rapidly every single day, to our passionate community of owners and customers.
There is no question that the Ducati brand continues to strengthen its global presence, and the teams in every individual country have worked tirelessly. We are just proud, humbled and grateful that all the work has continued to yield amazing results for us."
Ducati Asia Pacific sales and marketing vice president Marco Biondi said, "Malaysia has proven to be an incredibly successful market in recent years. Beyond that, the Ducati riders community in the country has continued to grow, attracting new owners and existing owners who have found it such a rewarding affiliation.
"It comes as no surprise that the Ducati Malaysia team's relentless passion for the brand and full throttle efforts by all departments have been a huge driving force behind the country's high performance levels across all aspects. They are highly deserving of the three accolades and have continued to raise the bar even after being recognized in 2021," he added.
The success builds on last years' wins for Ducati Malaysia, where it won Best Marketing Team 2021 and Best Commercial After Sales Team 2021 awards.
