PHS Automotive Malaysia (PHSAM), the official representative of Audi cars in Malaysia, will run its #ReadyToDrive campaign from now until Dec 31, 2022.

Audi's new initiative will offer owners a comprehensive 'better value' package as its aim to strengthen its customer experience with the focus on safety, reliability, and peace of mind for its customers.

This includes a complimentary 30-point vehicle condition check for owners who have not visited an Audi Centre in the past 12 months, 20 per cent savings on selected wear and tear parts, along with 20 per cent savings on batteries.

This package also offers complimentary pickup and delivery for vehicle servicing.

PHSAM aftersales director Deenan Nadar said he wanted customers to have a safe and reliable journey in view of the upcoming school holidays and festive breaks, and with the monsoon season around the corner.

He highlights that vehicle safety is ranked as the highest priority by customers, according to the latest report from a stakeholder survey conducted every two years by Audi.

"Audi owners can leverage our latest customer care package which has been designed to offer reliability and safety.

"We want to enable Audi owners to have pleasant journeys with peace of mind as this will be a period of peak drives with more cars on the road, road trips and possibly hazard drives with unexpected heavy rains, floods or thunderstorms.

"Customer satisfaction is very important to us and as such, we are levelling up our efforts across the board. We want to ensure Audi are running at their best, always," he added.

Technicians at Audi centres across the country have been undergoing regular upskilling and assessments to improve their service level performance.

The customer lounge at these centres are equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi for the comfort and convenience of those waiting for their cars to be serviced.

Hygiene is always maintained as the centres are fully sanitised and constantly monitored.

Audi cars purchased in Malaysia are supported with three-years free maintenance, five-years unlimited mileage warranty and five-years roadside assistance.
