Dough! Bakery & Cafe
Where: Happy Mansion, B-G-7, Block B, Jalan 17/13, Seksyen 17, Petaling Jaya.
Operating hours: 12pm to 10pm, closed on Mondays.
This tastefully designed cafe with its glass windows that allow for plenty of sunlight to filter through, is perfect for those wanting to get some work done. The smell of fresh pastries when you walk in adds to the welcoming feeling. The cafe also has on its menu, burgers and sourdough pizzas to munch on as you work.
Equipped with plenty of electrical sockets as well as a strong Internet connection, the great coffee will tempt you to stay longer. It's spacious and there's plenty of distance between tables for those who remain a stickler for social distancing protocols. There's only indoor seating but that's fine as the fully functioning air-conditioning will ensure you stay cool inside as you work on your latest project.

Feeka Coffee Roasters

At the same block and level as Dough!, Feeka is another great location to work from. However, the tables are arranged somewhat close to one another, presumably to maximise the space.
You won't be too hard-pressed to find electrical sockets to charge your devices and you can choose whether to sit inside or outside. The Wi-Fi connection will ensure that you stay connected online throughout your time here. In addition, you can enjoy a cup of freshly brewed coffee to go with the lovely selection of pastries and cakes.

Good Blue Men

Operating hours: 10am to 10pm daily.
Staffed by a friendly crew, this cafe has a very appealing menu featuring sandwiches and pastas to whet your appetite. It's furnished with a fairly speedy Wi-Fi connection so you can remain connected at all times.
As for sockets to plug in your devices? It's adequate enough, more notably at the front of the cafe where the bar tables and high chairs are located. Although the staff is not opposed to patrons working here, they will tell you that their downtime tends be after lunch, between 2pm and 6pm. So, if you want to drop in and get some work done, make sure you do so only during those recommended hours.
