DETTOL has launched the "Selangkah Lebih, Selangkah Kasih" campaign to safeguard health and wellbeing during Ramadan.

As the number of worshippers attending daily and tarawih prayers, alongside other religious events surges, adopting rigorous hygiene practices becomes imperative.

Through this initiative, Dettol has donated hygiene products worth up to RM100,000 to mosques in the Klang Valley and also deployed a Dettol Squad to clean and disinfect 20 mosques so that the congregation remains safe and protected.

Their focus includes prayer halls, ablution areas, and communal spaces, with the ultimate goal of creating a germ-free environment that allows worshippers to practise their faith without health and safety concerns. Worshippers will also receive essential products and educational leaflets, equipping them to protect themselves and their families.

Through our Selangkah Lebih, Selangkah Kasih campaign, we are committed to supporting Muslim communities during Ramadan by providing the necessary resources and education to stay healthy, says Reckitt Malaysia and Singapore marketing director for health Tiffany Tang.
