KUALA LUMPUR: Actress Oktovia Manrose hopes that controversial singer-actor Aliff Aziz will find guidance following his recent marital problems.
The 33-year-old Bukan Kahwin Paksa star said in an interview with Harian Metro yesterday that Aliff was going through a "test" and she prayed that he would make the best out of life.
"We all undergo tests and we emerge stronger and better from them. This is what I wish for him," she said.
Oktovia added that she was always striving to be a better person with every challenge she faced and had decided to put the past behind her.
"I may have been part of Aliff's controversies but that is history and I don't want to look back.
"We both have our own journeys to travel and I pray that he will strive to be a better person," she said.
In 2019, Aliff's wife, singer-actress Bella Astillah, revealed that he was having an affair with Oktovia.
Oktovia was married to Mohd Izat Abd Rahman from 2011 to 2015.
They have a 13-year-old son Muhammad Rayyan Zulkarnain.
Oktovia married footballer Mohamad Khairul Efsan Md Isa, 33, on Dec 21, 2021, and they have a two-year-old daughter.
