KUALA LUMPUR: In order to organise meals for her household for the entire month of Ramadan, Indonesian singer and politician Mulan Jameela has created a WhatsApp group specifically to discuss just that.
In a recent report by Detik.com, the 44-year-old artiste who is married to singer Ahmad Dhani said that apart from the two of them, others in the group also included her domestic helpers.
"In the group, I'd share recipes and menu suggestions taken from other content creators on platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
"Then we'd discuss what to cook and eat for one whole week, but the final decision will be made based on what Dhani wants," said Mulan who admitted that by having this group, her family meals would be more systematically organised.
Apart from making food preparations more efficient, Mulan added that she could also ensure that the food would be nutritious, delicious and easily enjoyed by all during buka puasa (breaking of fast).
