KUALA LUMPUR: Dunia Baru and Keluarga Iskandar actress Anita Baharom, 39, tied the knot with Engku Isyamuddin Tuan Losin, 48, at 11.50am today.
The solemnisation ceremony at Bizmilla Garden Hall, One City in Subang Jaya was attended by 100 guests, including Anita's elder brother Zulkifly Baharom who conducted the ceremony.
In an interview with Berita Harian Online, Anita, who has known Engku Isyamuddin since 2017, said: "I am so thankful that the ceremony went speedily. I want to thank my children for giving their blessings to the marriage, as well as my family members who made it happen."
Anita's first husband, television producer Mohd Ismadi Ismail, died on Jan 1. Their 16-year marriage was blessed with three children, Syifa Dhia Nurina, 15, Mohamad Dhia Iskandar, 11, and Mohamad Dhia Mikail, 8.
Engku Isyamuddin is a single parent of eight children.
