KUALA LUMPUR: Rising Australian singer-songwriter Clinton Kane will be entertaining fans in a concert at Zepp KL on Nov 27.

The 24-year-old artiste of Norwegian and Filipino descent will be performing in five cities in the region as part of his 2022 Maybe Someday It'll All Be OK World Tour.

After the Kuala Lumpur concert organised by Live Nation, Kane will be heading to Bangkok, Tokyo, Manila and Singapore for the rest of the Asian leg of his tour.

The singer who is also a multi-instrumentalist is said to pen pop tunes with "chords that soothe you and lyrics that bite you."

While growing up between Perth, Australia and the UK, the self-taught singer, guitarist, pianist and drummer ultimately found solace in music.

Writing and performing quelled growing anxiety and stress as he went from popular YouTube covers to a prolific series of independent originals.

Signed to Columbia Records, Kane turned heads with his, This Is What It Feels Like, EP in 2019.

To kick off 2020, he lent his voice to Martin Garrix's smash, Drown, followed by original solo songs I Don't Want To Watch The World End With Someone Else and Fix It To Break It.

He has amassed more than 752 million global streams, sold out headline tour dates across North America and received acclaim from NME, Billboard and more.

In July, Kane released his highly-anticipated debut studio album, Maybe Someday It'll All Be OK, led by singles Chicken Tendies, I Guess I'm In Love, Go To Hell and 14.

Tickets to the concert are priced from RM258 (Free Standing) to RM1192 (VIP Box) and are currently available for purchase.
