KUALA LUMPUR: Popular actress Datin Lisa Surihani and her husband, actor, director and singer Datuk Yusry Abdul Halim are once again proud parents of a newborn baby.
Their second son, who has yet to be named, was born at 2.30am this morning at a private hospital in the city.
Yusry, who celebrates his 48th birthday today, described his third child's arrival as his best birthday gift ever.
"Alhamdulillah. Lisa gave birth to a beautiful baby boy at 2.30am today. Both baby and mummy are doing well," said Yusry in an Instagram post.
"What a beautiful birthday present. Welcome to the world, Junior!"
Netizens, including directors and fellow artistes, congratulated Yusry and Lisa on the new addition to their family.
"Congrats Yusry and Lisa. So happy for both of you," said director Ghaz Abu Bakar.
"Tahniah Datuk and Datin. Welcome to the world, baby," said actress Emylia Rosnaida.
"Wonderful! Congrats guys. Love all of you," said actress and television host Daphne Iking.
"Tahniah Lisa dan Yusry! God bless," said actor Fattah Amin.
Yusry and Lisa, 35, were married in 2012. They have two other children, Yahaira Leanne, 6, and Yusof Leonne, 4.
