Upon its release on July 15 last year, Stranger Things quickly amassed a large cult following, making it the third most-watched show on the online platform within its first five weeks of release, placing right behind Orange Is The New Black (Season 4) and Fuller House.

Since then, it has bagged several awards including the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series last year, as well as TV Show of the Year and Best Actor In A TV Show (Brown) at this year’s MTV Movie And TV Awards.
