First released in 1987, the Slipstream series from sports brand Puma has made its way through crucial moments of sneaker history.
The present-day Slipstream takes the key features of a classic basketball silhouette and redefines them with fresh streetwear cues and dynamic lines.
Recently, Puma collaborated with fashion label MCM to introduce an all-new footwear in the form of the Puma Slipstream Lo. This most recent incarnation is showcased by Mikey Williams, a strong and compact guard and offensive-minded player who knows a thing or two about basketball.
The release comes in three drops. The first, released on Sept 10, wass Show Love, featuring a one-of-a-kind MCM edition of the Puma Slipstream Lo.
Oct 8 witnessed the second drop, Show Up, with its own version of the renowned basketball shoe: the Slipstream Lo Retro sneakers come emblazoned with black and white details and are embellished with MCM's striking Cubic Monogram print for a full visual box out.
This second drop of the PUMA x MCM Slipstream Lo is available exclusively at Atmos KL stores in KLCC and Mid Valley, and online via atmos-kl.com with a retail price of RM2,299.
