We're approaching 2022 in just a few short months but the 90s aesthetics still run strong in fashion trends today.

H&M's new collection with 90s skate brand No Fear hits a wave of nostalgia for millennials with a line-up of items that breathes all things 90s, with the key inspiration coming from the 90s streetwear and skate fashion of that era.

There are oversized t-shirts, crop tops, sweatshirts, hoodies, varsity jackets, tracksuits, joggers, beanies, scarves and bags in a colour palette of vibrant green, black and white.

There are additional pieces that were co-created with The Skate Kitchen, an all-female skateboarder's crew, where it offers garments in colours of beige, khaki brown, green and washed black.

H&M collaborated with No Fear and the Skate Kitchen to bring this collection to life.

The Skate Kitchen is made up of Rachelle Vinberg, Ajani Russell, Ardelia 'Dede' Lovelace, Moonbear, Brenn Lorenzo and Jules Lorenzo and together they speak up for inclusion with the aim of a better and more equal world.

H&M head of design for Divided Emily Bjorkeheim said the silhouette balances oversized with tighter fits, all with a relaxed, unisex vibe, while the graphic logos and subtle varsity touches are key.

"We hope that young people around the world take the message of this collaboration to heart – write your own rules and don't let fear stand in the way of your dreams," she said in the press statement.

The collection is now available online at hm.com and will be in stores from Nov 11.
