Since mid-September, McDonald's Malaysia has been giving free coffee vouchers to individuals who received their vaccination at 75 selected vaccination centres nationwide.
And to spread hope and positivity in conjunction with International Coffee Month, the company wants Malaysians to taste its McCafé coffee by redeeming the vouchers.
Three million Americano coffee vouchers were given out to those who received their vaccination.
The beverage is redeemable with any McDonald's purchase throughout the year until Dec 31.
As a reminder for Malaysians to keep going and 'kopi on', McCafé cups with #KitaBoleh printed will also be available in October.
McDonald's Malaysia managing director and local operating partner Azmir Jaafar says the company values the well-being of Malaysians.
"We are committed to support the community in any way we can and what better way to do it through a coffee drink that is a favourite among our customers," he says.
Customers will only need to pay RM1 to change to iced latte with every McValue meal purchase.
"Any time is a good time to have a cup of quality coffee prepared by our professionally trained baristas. For this year's International Coffee Month, we are excited to roll out this special deal for all coffee lovers so that they can enjoy a cup of delicious McCafé iced latte with their McValue Meal," Azmir says..
