KUALA LUMPUR: Realme has introduced its new realme 10 in, which is targeted at students and those who have just started working.
"The realme 10 is only RM999, which is affordable for students and is packed with so many features. It is also great for working women because it weighs at only 178g, which fits in their handbags nicely," said Realme product manager, Michelle Tiong.
The realme 10 features a Light Particle Design and leverages 6-layers of coating to achieve the glossy finish and 3D texture back. It comes in Clash White and Rush Black.
Compared to its predecessor, realme 10 has a 40 per cent enhanced overall power performance, an improved CPU performance by 25 per cent, GPU performance by 78 per cent, and overall power consumption reduced by 20 per cent, all thanks to the chipset's 6nm technology.
The smartphone supports the PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG) gaming at 40fps and it offers a standby time for games with up to 9.41 hours.
The realme 10 offers up to 8GB+8GB Dynamic RAM and 256GB ROM for a smooth navigation between apps, and provide a huge storage space for photos taken as well as expand it with up to 1TB of external storage.
Display-wise, the phone offers a 90Hz AMOLED display and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 for a better protection.
It also reaches 100nits peak brightness even in broad daylight.
The phone comes in a 7.95mm body and 178g weight, it is packed with a 5,000mAh battery and 33W fast charging that lasts a whole day and juice it up to 50 per cent in 28 minutes.
CAMERA
The realme 10 features a 50MP primary camera, 16MP selfie camera as well as an enhanced Night Mode with ProLight technology.
If you're into street photography, it has a Street Photography Mode 2.0, which features a 90s-styled pop filter.
It comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack and 200 per cent UltraBoom speaker, the speaker lets users enjoy Hi-Res audio at 200 per cent volume.
