E-WALLETS have become a preferred method of payment thanks to the convenience it offers.

With that in mind, AEON CO. (M) BHD has partnered with Grab Malaysia to make GrabPay e-wallet a payment option, as the company strives to create a better shopping experience that caters to customers' shifting preferences.

GrabPay e-wallet provides Malaysians with a quick, secure and rewarding method to pay for everyday items such as groceries, petrol, bills, food and beverages, rides, online shopping, prepaid reloads, and more.

In conjunction with Chinese New Year, AEON customers who pay with GrabPay will receive an RM8 rebate with a minimum purchase of RM88 from now till Feb 28, 2022.

Beyond the promotional period, shoppers will also get up to 1.8 per cent back in savings, by earning GrabRewards each time they use GrabPay at participating AEON outlets.

The participating outlets include AEON Store, AEON MaxValu Prime, AEON Wellness and AEON BiG locations across the country.

Head of GrabPay Priyanka Madan said, "We believe in forging synergistic partnerships to further enable Malaysians to have convenient access to their everyday needs such as groceries and household essentials."

Madan continued by highlighting that the partnership demonstrates their commitment to using inclusive and innovative solutions to meet their customers' digital financial demands.
