GENTING HIGHLANDS: Samsung Galaxy S10 series smartphones are now available in Malaysia. The phones, Galaxy S10e, S10 and S10+, are launched by Samsung Malaysia Electronics President, Yoonsoo Kim, at an event held at the high street of SkyAvenue in Genting Highlands, Pahang today.
The launch is an extra special event for Samsung as it is also to celebrate the Galaxy S series’ 10 years anniversary. To commemorate a decade of achievements, Samsung Malaysia launches a Galaxy S10s into the stratosphere, some 80,000ft above ground to take images of the Earth, which is the first in Malaysia. The space-travelling Galaxy S10 will take photos and videos with its pro-grade HDR10+ camera.
In conjunction with the launch, Samsung also organises a contest called the Be Unbeaten where participants will have the chance to win the space-travelling Galaxy S10.

The Galaxy S10 series phones are available for purchase from any Samsung concept store, authorised dealers and online stores. Only three Galaxy S10 variants will be available in Malaysia with a starting price of RM2,699 for the Galaxy S10e (6GB + 128GB), RM3,299 for Galaxy S10 (8GB + 128GB) and RM3,699 for Galaxy S10+ (8GB + 128GB). The S10+ with 512GB memory storage (with 1TB extended memory support) is available for RM4,599.
Besides that, Samsung also unveils two wearables that pairs perfectly with the Galaxy S series—the Galaxy Buds (RM499) and the Galaxy Watch Active (RM799).
