KUALA LUMPUR: DC Comics' Batman fans unite; the Dark Knight returns to Caltex stations nationwide.
The Batman Collection comprises of one Batwing, and three iconic Batmobiles featured throughout the various Batman films with sizes and specifications exclusively designed for Caltex.
To be eligible, customers can purchase each of the four figurines separately at RM19.90 each by signing up for Caltex's loyalty card (Journey) for free and pumping a minimum of RM30 of fuel via cash, credit or debit card, StarCash, StarCard or ShopeePay.
Those in Klang Valley who are using the newly launched CaltexGO app to fuel up and who meet the eligibility criteria will be entitled to a discounted price of RM17 per figurine. Those eligible can also purchase an exclusive Collector's Kit at RM49.90 to show off their collection. Batmobiles collectibles are sold separately.
The Batmobile figurines are also available for RM19.90 on Caltex's official store on Shopee where customers are required to purchase a selected lubricant product to be eligible. Alternatively, RM4 discount e-vouchers selling at RM0.01 are also available on the Shopee App while stocks last. These e-vouchers can be used to purchase fuel and lubricants too apart from the Batman collection.
Journey card members on the other hand can redeem one figurine by spending 1,800 BPoints or a combination of 500 BPoints and RM13. In addition, AirAsia customers can redeem their BIG points for a RM50 StarCash on the Air Asia Big Loyalty app that can be used to purchase the collection at Caltex stations.
"Caltex is continually looking for avenues to drive customer centricity through quality products and innovative promotions. The Batman Collection provided an opportunity to expand our offerings alongside our high-quality fuel and services.

The return has been a two-year long wait since customers first saw the collection displayed at Caltex stations says Jay. The collection flew off the shelves in a short time in 2019 due to an overwhelming response.
In conjunction with this latest Batman Collection, a Collector's Kit and RM100 StarCash are up for grabs through the Caltex Snap, Tag & Win contest. To participate in the contest, customers must take a selfie with the Batman standee located at Caltex stations and upload it to Caltex Malaysia Instagram while completing either of the following captions:

Winners of this contest will be announced later this year on Nov 30 and Dec 31 respectively. Additionally, every RM30 ShopeePay transaction at Caltex stations will result in one entry to win a Collector's Kit that will be announced on the same dates.
