EDARAN Tan Chong Motor Sdn Bhd (ETCM), the exclusive distributor of Nissan vehicles in Malaysia, recently launched its latest X-Trail sport utility vehicle (SUV) variant.
The SUV comes with a new passion red and black out colour combination, with a black roof, roof rails, rear spoiler, black side mirrors and 17-inch 5-spoke alloy rims.
The new X-Trail Xtremer features a new X-Face identity on its front end and has a chrome rear bumper protected as well as black nappa leather for a more luxurious feel.
The SUV is also equipped with Nissan Intelligent Mobility, a suite of features that includes intelligent around view monitor for a 360 degree view to ease parking and navigation.
Another feature is Intelligent Ride control that ensures good handling, especially on uneven surfaces, by controlling engine torque and braking for driving comfort.
Additionally, Intelligent Trace Control, a new Nissan feature, functions to reduce understeer by gently applying the brakes.
Intelligent 4X4 system (4X4-i) offers permanent 2WD mode, Auto Mode (2WD and 4WD mode) or Lock Mode (permanent all wheel drive) for improved traction on all surfaces.
The X-Trail comes in two variants, namely 2.0L (2WD) or 2.5L (4X4-i), each sold at RM141,450 and RM163,650, respectively, with a five year unlimited mileage warranty.
The X-Trail’s factory-installed accessories, on the other hand, have a three year or 100,000km warranty.
