KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Zaini Jass has been re-elected as semiconductor player Globetronics Technology Bhd's director during the company's virtual 27th annual general meeting (AGM).
The company re-elected several other directors during the meeting including Liaw Way Gian, Ku Chong Hong, Kang Wei Luen, Chiew Jong Wei, Gan Sheng Yuh and Tan Teik Hsiung.
Simultaneously, shareholders endorsed the payment of directors' fees and benefits, and ratified the approval of the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending Dec 31, 2023.
Globetronics said the approval of all proposed resolutions showed the shared dedication to its strategic objectives and operational proficiency.
